Over the past few days I have been popping in and out of some Fashion Week events and shows throughout the city. I always love admiring the street style because you will see everything from something simple to the extreme. While I typically learn towards the safer side, I love vamping up my look in subtle ways whether it be layering something unexpected or a detail focal point such as a knot or ruffle hemline.
I would love to know (for Fashion Weeks to come) if you guys enjoy watching parts of the shows via social media or am I just wearing your finger out from tapping “next, next, next”? Personally, I may be different from the norm, but I much rather spend time meeting new people and checking out the events rather than a bunch of the shows themselves. It is SO crowded, (I’m talking Times Square crowded on New Years Eve), the shows rarely start on time and half the time I can hardly see what is going on. It may also be due to the luxury of living in NYC and not having to plan too far in advance. Anyways, just some food for thought and would love to hear your opinion!
