In the result of a broken camera lens before I had the chance to shoot anything while in Florida, I am switching up the typical Tuesday post. After an extremely fun weekend celebrating my best friend and bride-to-be I was in much need of a day of clean eating and refueling myself. I recently discovered Sakara, which is a healthy and convenient organic meal delivery solution. Sakara is 100% plant-based, organic, and supports local farms whenever possible. I knew I would be getting back late Sunday night and not having time to grocery shop, but in need of healthy meals to rejuvenate myself from over indulging. I set up my delivery time between 6:00-8:00am. Everything I tried was so delicious, filled me up and made me feel great about myself and ready to take on the day and get back on track. I listed what I ate at each meal below, my favorite meal was lunch, the flavors and spices were delicious!
