PLEATED DRESS
April 6, 2015

Happy Monday, everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend with whatever you had plans for and celebrated. Matt’s parents came into the city this weekend and we got to spend Friday night with them and the headed to PA Saturday to be with my family. On Friday night we took his parents to one of my favorite tiny little spots close to our apartment called Pino. It is a wine bar that also serves delicious small plates with one chef cooking every flavorful thing on a tiny stove. I honestly could sit there for hours. Afterwards we headed to the roof of Salvation Taco for a nightcap before the rain started again. Saturday was an early morning on the train to PA and a day spent outside enjoying the weather and heading the the mall to pick up a last few things for my trip to Florida. We enjoyed a night in relaxing with my parents, having a few drinks and a yummy home cooked meal. Although I debated packing this colorful, and playful 1.STATE pleated dress for Easter Sunday, I ended up going with a more toned down number. From the watercolors to the pleats to the free flowing silhouette of the dress, I just can’t seem to pick out my favorite detail and it will be on repeat again soon, maybe with a denim jacket…stay tuned!
